What happens Next?

1. One of our Vehicle Damage Assessors will carry out an inspection and take digital photographs. A computerised assessment will be

   compiled and sent electronically, with images, direct to your insurance or fleet company.

2. We will order any genuine manufacturers parts which require replacing during the repair. In the occasional event of parts being

    unavailable immediately, we may need to call you to reschedule the repair date.

3. Normally, within 48 hours, the insurance company will authorise us to proceed with repairs, although the insurance company may

   choose to send their own field engineer to assess the vehicle too.

4. Once the insurance comapny have given us authority to commence repair work our computerised body shop management system will

   schedule the repair and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

5. We always keep you informed of the repair progress and any problems that we might encounter that could delay completion

6. A member of our staff will contact you to arrange the hand over of your repaired vehicle.

7. We will ask you to sign a collection and satisfaction note to confirm you have received the vehicle back into your care.

8. We collect any payment due at hand over. This may be an agreed excess with your insurance company. We regret vehicles cannot be

   released without payment.
