Covid Safety
Red Rocket Accident Repair Centre takes the safety of our customers and employees seriously.
We aim to take measures to ensure we do not aid the spread of COVID-19.
Health & Safety
To protect the Health and Safety of everyone, please do not visit us if you:
- Have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- Have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- Are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or cold and flu like symptoms
- Have returned from outside the UK in the last 14 days
- You are shielding
Safety Measures
We have made changes to some of our normal processes to continue to serve you safely. We are currently using the following measures to help keep you safe:
Social Distancing
We have clear areas for customers and employees to stand in our office. We are arranging mobile estimates to limit the time spent in indoor spaces. Keeping apart helps to keep us all safe.
Hands-Free Sanitising
We have hands-free sanitisation stations available in our offices and workshop to limit the touchpoints for COVID-19 to spread. We use WHO approved hand sanitiser.
Vehicle Sanitisation
We have the SATA Aeret FreshStart Sanitising Station. This process of vehicle sanitisation is WHO approved. This is a quick and safe procedure which takes approximately 8 minutes. Your vehicle will be protected against COVID-19 as well as other viruses, bacteria, and fungal spores.
Face Coverings & PPE
Face coverings are to be worn on our premises unless you are exempt. Our employees wear PPE when meeting customers or customer vehicles.
Collection and Delivery Service
We are currently collecting and delivering customers vehicles to limit the footfall in our premises. This helps us to keep you and our employees safe. Any documentation can be completed digitally to reduce contact. We can take contact free payments via card or BACS. You can still receive the same care but from the comfort of your own home!
Temperature Checks
Our employees’ temperatures are checked daily to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Employees’ have been made aware of our policies and safety procedures to keep our customers safe.
Appointment Only
If you do have to visit to our site, we will book an appointment for you. This is so we can control the number of people in our offices. This helps us to comply with social distancing and government guidelines.
